Design, construction and test of a High Frequency Dynamic Nuclear
Polarization (HF DNP) Spectrometer as one experimental platform for
tasks DS4 and DS5. This spectrometer will be used to evaluate DNP in
regard to mechanism where generation of electron polarization, transfer
of the polarization to nuclei, and detection of the polarized nuclei is
at the same magnetic field. The other distinct feature of this
spectrometer, in contrast to the second spectrometer described in DS3,
is the possibility to polarize the electrons and detect the polarized
nuclei at the same time.
